In-person/virtual Newtown Creek CAG Meeting: Wednesday, May 17, 2023 – AGENDA & LINKS TO RSVP & REGISTER!

There will be a hybrid (in-person & virtual) Newtown Creek Community Advisory Group (CAG) meeting Wednesday, May 17, 2023, from 6:30 to 9:00 PM online. Kindly find an agenda at the end of this post.

The meeting will take place at LaGuardia Community College, Room E-111, 31-10 Thomson Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11101 (maps & directions here). There will be a potluck dinner beginning at 6:30 PM, and the meeting portion will begin at 7:15 PM.

If you plan to join in-person, we ask that you RSVP via this form, and indicate what you plan to bring for dinner here.

There will also be the option to join virtually via Zoom, and we ask you to register in advance for this meeting. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER.

We will be using the videoconferencing platform Zoom. If this is your first time using Zoom, you will be prompted to download a small application file. Learn how to join any Zoom meeting here.

If you are joining virtually, please try to join a few minutes before 7:15pm. This will help us orient you into the meeting and provide time for you test your camera and sound.

Again, we will go over all Zoom features and how you will participate at the beginning of the meeting.

The meeting will also be recorded for those who cannot attend.
